Emerald Bay Photography licenses its Central Oregon images through Obsidian Stock.

For all other topics or regions, please inquire if the rights and releases for your specific projects are available.

Delivery

Emerald Bay Photography recognizes that today's photo buyers expect fast delivery in order to meet their project deadlines.

To fulfill that need, and since most of today's graphic workflow is digital, all images are delivered via high-resolution digital files by email, FTP, or CD or DVD for your convenience.

Should a lesser resolution be needed (for example for a small image in a publication or for Web use), I'd be happy to make adjustments before sending the file to reduce transmission time.

If you require original transparencies, please contact me to discuss terms of delivery.

Prices

To receive a price quote and a standard licensing contract, please contact me with the following information:

• Deadline
• Specific image title(s)
• Term of license requested (one month, one year, etc.)
• How will the image(s) be used?
• Media/print run size, or readership/audience size
• Exclusivity or model release requirements
• Delivery preference - Film or High Res Scan

Please note, that my images are NEVER ROYALTY-FREE, and I have a tracking system in place that keeps precise records of image usage.
